2022 - North Wins Both Games in Double Header



A great crowd enjoyed a wonderful night of soccer that turned out well for the North Teams in the Santa Rosa Kiwanis High School All Star Soccer Double Header at Maria Carrillo High School on Friday, April 8th.North Wins Girls Game 4-0. The Girls All Star game kicked off first. When the dust settled, Windsor Coach Ralph Montes’ North racked up 4 goals including 2 by Cardinal Newman forward Mila Bettinelli, 1 by West County Midfielder Aramana Garcia and Windsor midfielder Emma Corcoran. Windsor Goal keeper Juliana Santiago was named MVP of the North Squad inked the shut out against the South. Petaluma Goalkeeper Silvania Sessi was named South MVP by Montgomery Coach Pat McDonald.


North Wins Boys Game 3-2 in a thriller. Maria Carrillo forward Evan Lepe score 2 while Ukiah Forward Zaul Ruiz scored one for Cardinal Newman Coach Ryan Corriveau’s North Squad with the final goal just before the whistle. Lepe was named team MVP. Montgomery attacker Brian Chavez and League MVP Midfielder Jerado Herrera, also of Montgomery, scored 1 each for Montgomery Coach Jon Schwan’s South Team. Casa Grande midfielder Alexis Garcia was named South MVP.
